I have been putting in work with Martin for about 6 months and it has been really great. Martin applies so much energy into the program. Supplying me with science based explanations and highly valuable experiences of his own in the industry I have been able to confidently develop and further my physique. Upon my request to start working towards cutting weight 3 months ago, he completely re-worked my program to reach that goal.
